Transcript forms are available in the main office, the counseling office, and the registrar's office. Transcript request forms are to be turned into the registrar's office.
The first 3 transcripts are provided free of charge with at least a 3 day processing period. After the first 3 there is a cost of $2.00 per copy with a 3 day processing period. Scholarship transcripts are provided free of charge with a 3 day processing period.
If a student is withdrawing from Boerne High School, the parent and student must visit the registrar to obtain records and complete a withdrawal form.
